Kim came to us on a Sunday to assit us with our Labrador Luna. We didn't want to take her to the vets as she would get very distressed. This was the perfect solution. Luan passed away peacefully and stress free in her own bed in her home. Kim was wonderful.

Caring and compassionate. We made the heartbreaking decision of saying goodbye to our beloved Bruno who reached the age of Sixteen was in alot of discomfort. He suffered with anxiety and we did not want to put him through the stress of going to the vet surgery. Frist time in hearing about cloud 9 and what a blessing they are. Very easy making the phone call, very helpful. Susie the vet came to our home and put Bruno at ease straight away he trusted her warm caring aura from the moment she arrived. The decision to put our dog Ollie to rest was not an easy one, we rescued Ollie at age 3 and he has been a huge part of our family life for 12 wonderful years.
Cloud 9 was something we didnt know about but the fact that Ollie could be put to rest at home surrounded by his family was just the best way to say goodbye. Sally our vet was just so lovely, so respectful, she talked us through everything with compassion, explained the whole process and made us all feel at ease with the situation. What was the most awful thing somehow seemed peaceful and right. We all had time to say our final goodbyes, no rush, no stress. It truly was the best way we could of ssid Goobye, so Thank you so much for making a very sad day a lot less stressful for Ollie and for us as a family.

The service was impeccable, from the booking through to the aftercare. The vet who euthanized our beloved 17 year old dog was sensitive, reassuring, kind & unhurried. They linked seamlessly with the crematorium service (again, an equally kind and sensitive service). The lack of time pressure was greatly appreciated even though it was 6:30pm on a Saturday. If you have the ability to plan, I would 100% recommended this service.

It was a hard and sudden decision to lay my sweet boy, Silky, to rest. But through friends’ recommendations of Cloud9, I opted to go with them based on a friend’s positive experience. Nonetheless, my own experience was also very positive.
It is with a very heavy heart that I said goodbye to Silky before the cancer took him. The Cloud9 team, from the very first phone call, were lovely, and all of their emails were very kindly worded, making the process slightly easier.
Sonia was our vet, and she was incredibly kind and gentle. When she arrived, she checked on Silky and made sure his health and welfare were okay. Personally, I really appreciated that she allowed him to walk around the home and find a comfortable spot for his sedation to kick in — there was no pressure to keep him confined to one room. Everything she did was very professional, and I found comfort in her recalling memories of her beloved cat of 19 years.
She would even ask if it was okay to enter the room where Silky had chosen to stay, which was very thoughtful. In the end, Silky chose to rest in my bedroom. This is where Sonia made all the final checks to ensure he was fully sedated and, after laying him to rest, checked his heartbeat.
I am so thankful we were able to do this at home. Silky hated the vets, and the sterile environment would have been upsetting for him, as well as for my family and me. This allowed us to say goodbye kindly, in the comfort of our home, where Silky felt safe. Sonia gave us time to say goodbye while he was sedated, allowing us to fully say our final words. I still look at the spot where it all happened with love and sadness.
Thank you, Sonia, and to the Cloud9 team, for providing such a valuable service that allows for intimate and difficult goodbyes to take place comfortably and privately.
To anyone wondering if this is the right choice for them, I would always say yes. I would choose Cloud9 a million times over for a dignified send-off.

I highly recommend this service. I can't express enough how much I valued the care and respect David gave us and our beloved dog yesterday, when we sadly said goodbye to him. We're devastated and David gave us time, with patient and calm confidence, reassuring us that it was the right thing to do. We felt very held by his compassion and experience. He explained everything slowly and clearly and was very gentle.
I really didn't know what to do before I phoned Cloud9 vets and Ellie was very kind and responsive. We knew we didn't want to cause distress to our dog, who was very large and unwell, by moving him away from his bed at home and away from us.

A fortnight ago our wonderful, much loved labradoodle, Jack, deteriorated rapidly following an incredibly short illness.
He was a very big lad, and in so much discomfort, we were unable to move him from his chosen spot on the rug.
We felt so distraught and worried made worse by the fact we couldn’t find a local vet to come out to him.
In the early hours of the morning, we literally stumbled across Cloud 9 Vets whilst on the internet, and hoped they would be able to help. My husband spoke to Daniella just after 7am and was met with
understanding, kindness and total reassurance that she would be able to arrange help for Jack.
The day progressed and although awful and so upsetting, we couldn’t have asked for better care for Jack and indeed ourselves.
Sonia (the vet) was amazing. Professional, gentle and so respectful of Jack and our obvious grief. She carried out the euthanasia with compassion and great care, having first clearly explained the procedure and what we might expect.
Lisa from Phoenix Pet Cremations, who collected Jack was quiet and understanding and again attended to Jack with so much care and tenderness. She took time to explain the cremation process, before taking our big lad away. Jacks ashes were returned promptly - within the week with a wonderful note of sympathy, which was very much appreciated .
Losing Jack was heartbreaking and we are still grieving, but it was absolutely the right decision to do what we did and both Cloud 9 Vets / Phoenix have to be praised for their fantastic care throughout.

We contacted cloud9 when our poor girl, Narla, became end of life and we didnt want to take her to a vets practice to be put to sleep. From the initial phone call they made that conversation so much more comfortable with their compassion and empathy. We had the pleasure of Laura coming to our house to support us and to support Narla to go to sleep. Laura gave the upmost respect, dignity & compassion during the whole visit. The last 3 days caring for Narla whilst she was at the end of her life was hard but she peacefully slipped away and there is nothing more we could of asked for from Laura. My family and I would just like to extend our deepest gratitude and thanks to the entire team at Cloud 9.
We sadly had to put our 15 year old cairn terrier Peppa to sleep in December last year and she was taken care of by a fantastic vet named Charis.
Unfortunately and very suddenly last Friday we were told that our other dog, Peppas daughter Poppy, was suffering from a highly aggressive oral cancer which was already beyond treatment.
We were able to spend one final weekend with our girl that was full of love, cuddles and treats. We didn't hesitate to contact Cloud 9 after receiving such wonderful service previously.
We were instantly at ease when we were told that it would be Charis who would be putting our girl to sleep. It was a shock seeing her twice in the space of just 3 months. She pampered Poppy with cuddles and treats. Treated her with such dignity, compassion and care. She passed away in our arms in her favourite place (our bed) surrounded by all of her family who loved her most.
Thank you Charis and the rest of the team. I sincerely hope if we ever meet again that it is under better circumstances.

Jose came out to our house for 19 year old beautiful cat Patch. At a time of great tears and stress Jose was extremely kind. He explained the whole euthanasia process to us and was very gentle with Patch. On the 10/3/26 we had to make the very difficult decision to let our wee dog Archie go I got in touch with Cloud 9 Vets on a recommendation from a friend . Zoi came to my home and i can’t praise her enough she explained every step to us and took her time to make sure we were ready every step of the way never felt rushed she also gave us the privacy we needed to have our final goodbyes i would definitely recommend Cloud 9 vets to give your much loved pet the comfort and end of life care in there own home

I was put in touch with Cloud 9 Vets by my regular Vet Clinic when our elderly cat Mabel started showing signs that she was no longer comfortable. Mabel deteriorated quicker than we expected over the weekend and Dani who I spoke to over the phone was so attentive, sensitive and calm. She updated me regularly on her progress in finding Mabel a vet and respected that all I wanted for Mabel was for her to pass at home, not a clinic. When Vet Zoi visited the next day she was such a calming presence who was kind and reassuring. Mabel was able to pass peacefully on my lap with all of her pain fading away. The crematorium team then came to collect Mabel with the utmost compassion and respect. I cannot express how grateful I am for everyone involved in her final journey. The Cloud 9 team are truly angels on earth. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We cannot thank the Cloud9 team enough for their empathy and efficient service when we recently said goodbye to chocolate lab Roach.
From that first call with Jennifer who was simply an angel, checking on Roach and us until Rares arrived…..thank you is such a simple thing to say but we mean ‘thank you Jennifer from our heart’.
Rares arrived as planned, we used him before with our other lab Tico and was so humbled by his totally empathic demeanour, professionalism and evident love of animals.
Rares again showed us and Roach his total devotion and will forever be someone so special to us.

On the 12th December 2025 we had to say good -bye , after eleven and a half years, to our much loved English Setter, Jacob.
Jacob went to the Rainbow Bridge very peacefully, surrounded by much love and that was due to the caring people at
Cloud 9.
We cannot praise them enough.
When we first made the call Jennifer was wonderful, very understanding and patient. She came back to us exactly as she promised with the arrangements.
John came, he was so kind, he spent a lot of time with us and with Jacob.
He put Jacob to sleep with great care and compassion.
Neil was waiting, and with John's help, he placed Jacob in a bed, covering him carefully, and then carried him out.
One week later Neil delivered Jacob's ashes.thoughtfully presented.
The attention to detail and the care could not have been better

We had to come to terms with our dogs declining health after 9 long wonderful years in our family.
We were visited by Laura, who has was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish.
She informed us of the procedure(s) she would be undertaking, whilst also keeping us informed before moving between each step.
Laura, made a hard moment, that much easier for us allowing us time and space to say goodbye in such a dignified manner, 5 stars really does not come close to what we would have awarded.

After nearly 15 wonderful years with our beautiful cocker spaniel Leo we had to say our last goodbyes to him on the 20th February. He was truly a huge part of our family and we could see his health was failing him. Making the devastating decision to give him a peaceful passing was the hardest decision we've ever had to make. We can not praise highly enough the service we received from you all from the first phone call to Cloud9, to the vet and to Phoenix Crematorium.
An extra special thank you has to go to Audra the vet who came to our family home and was so compassionate, caring and supportive, she talked us through what was going to happen so we understood at all times exactly what was going on. Audra gave us the much needed reassurance that we were doing the right thing out of love for our beloved Leo. We really needed to hear that. It has been important to us that our last memory of Leo was a peaceful one. Now we go on to remember all the goofy happy times.

I can't express my thanks and gratitude enough. I've never been through the loss of a pet on this magnitude, nevermind having to make the decision to let them go.

Our "Jack"
A fortnight ago our wonderful, much loved labradoodle, Jack, deteriorated rapidly following an incredibly short illness.
He was a very big lad, and in so much discomfort, we were unable to move him from his chosen spot on the rug.
We felt so distraught and worried made worse by the fact we couldn’t find a local vet to come out to him.
In the early hours of the morning, we literally stumbled across Cloud 9 Vets whilst on the internet, and hoped they would be able to help. My husband spoke to Daniella just after 7am and was met with
understanding, kindness and total reassurance that she would be able to arrange help for Jack.
The day progressed and although awful and so upsetting, we couldn’t have asked for better care for Jack and indeed ourselves.
Sonia (the vet) was amazing. Professional, gentle and so respectful of Jack and our obvious grief. She carried out the euthanasia with compassion and great care, having first clearly explained the procedure and what we might expect.
Lisa from Phoenix Pet Cremations, who collected Jack was quiet and understanding and again attended to Jack with so much care and tenderness. She took time to explain the cremation process, before taking our big lad away. Jacks ashes were returned promptly - within the week with a wonderful note of sympathy, which much appreciated .
Losing Jack was heartbreaking and we are still grieving, but it was absolutely the right decision to do what we did and both Cloud 9 Vets / Phoenix have to be praised for their fantastic care throughout.

Thank you so much to everyone that we spoke to when making the sad decision to have our fur baby put to sleep. The 2 ladies I spoke to on the phone were so kind and compassionate and the vet who came out was also so kind and caring.
We received a wonderful service, they even arranged for the cremation people to collect her once the vet had left
We felt comfort knowing she was going over the rainbow bridge in her own home with her family around her.

It was so relaxed having Dexter at home as he hated the vets and would have been an extremely stressed out.
It is horrible to think of the end to our lively pets lives but if it comes to euthanasia please use Cloud9

Nothing could have prepared me to say goodbye to be special boy Cole, however I take huge comfort from being able to have him at home in his special place to stay goodbye. Kim was extraordinary made us feel that our special boy's time was here after 16yrs and 6 months of illness and worry, he just needed that extra help to get there. As heartbreaking as it was we felt he was given all the love and dignity he deserved, the process was kind and we were given all the time we need to say goodbye. The aftercare from Steven from the crematorium again was excellent, taking time to explain the process and when we would receive Cole back. I cannot thank Cloud9vets enough for their caring compassionate service on the most difficult day.

From my first call to the helpline , we were treated with care and compassion. This was the hardest decision I,ve ever had to make, and I was helped greatly by everyone. Laura the vet who came out to us was so lovely and greeted my dogs like they were old friends. She asked us about Diesel and his issues and whether we had special treats for him. She even advised it was ok to give our other dog a little piece of the chocolate we had bought for Diesel. After his treats she gave him the sedative, which sent him into the most comfortable dreamy sleep he'd had for ages. Then gave him the fonal injection which sent him peacefully away. She checked regularly if we needed some time alone and it was a heartbreaking but beautiful process. The young man who came to collect him for cremation was also lovely and respectful of our loss. When the time comes for our other dog I won't hesitate to use them again. Thank you to all involved
